Sealtech International specializes in precision machining a wide range of high performance engineering thermoplastics and elastomer materials.  The team of highly experienced machinists is able to quickly set up and rapidly produce precision machined parts to the required dimensions and tolerances, working from customer supplied drawings and parts

Sealtech International can machine parts up to 1000mm diameter from stock shape rods and tubes in one off or multiple part orders as needed.  The company operates in accordance with all the requirements of API Q1 ISO 9001:2015 and has stringent quality control systems in place to ensure that customers are supplied with high quality finished parts to specification, as ordered.

A wide range of popular engineering plastic and elastomeric semi-finished materials in a variety of sizes are held in stock. This allows us to provide a highly responsive, fast turnaround, production and rapid delivery service.  Specific material grades and sizes are ordered on request to meet individual needs as part of a customized service provided to customers.

NBR, HNBR, FKM (Viton®), FEPM (Aflas®)

Machined Engineering Plastics include: 

Virgin and filled grades of: PTFE, PEEK, PPS and many other materials and grades as requested.
