MRO Support Service

The sales and customer support teams in Sealtech International have many years’ supply chain experience, working closely with international OEMs and tier 1 customers in down time critical industries, such as Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals, which require a very rapid response Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) support service from its supply chain.

To ensure a responsive, rapid turnaround MRO service, key stock levels of rod and tubes in the most frequently requested engineering plastics are maintained, along with key elastomeric materials for machining and moulding. Custom grades of materials are also ordered and held against specific customer call off orders.

Following the API Q1 ISO 9001:2015 management systems in place across the company, customer drawings and NC programmes for repeat order machined parts are maintained and kept up to date. All rubber part mould tooling is logged and carefully stored, clean and ‘ready to use’, so that it can be quickly located and used for repeat orders.
