Rubber Moulding Services

Sealtech International manufactures compression moulded rubber products, with the capabilities to offer customized solutions.  Using in-house designed and precision manufactured tooling, the experienced Sealtech engineering and production team is able to accurately and consistently mould elastomeric materials, without degradation of material properties, to the required dimensions and tolerances, working from customer supplied parts, specifications and drawings.

Technical support is also provided, if needed, along with seal design and testing using fully certified and approved design engineering partners, such as Precision Polymer Engineering (PPE), and external testing houses, such as Smithers Rapra.

Sealtech International complies with requirements API Q1 ISO 9001:2015 and has quality control systems in place to ensure that customers are supplied with high quality moulded parts to specification, as ordered.

A wide range of high performance elastomeric materials for demanding applications are held in stock, in order to be able to provide a highly responsive, fast turnaround, production and rapid delivery service.  Specific elastomer grades are ordered on request as part of the customized service provided to customers.

The range of elastomeric materials moulded includes:

NBR, HNBR, FKM (Viton®), Viton AED FEPM (Aflas®), FFKM, and other grades as requested.

CNC Machined Elastomer & Plastic Parts

As well as rubber moulded parts and rubber to metal bonded parts,  Sealtech International can also meet customer requirements for CNC machined parts in either elastomeric or engineering plastic materials, with in-house production capabilities which can meet most customer needs for high performance seals and other components.
